End of Service for the Weather Underground API

WUNDERGROUND discontinued the API, so if someone wants to test the script as is, you need to place this in a file on a non secured (HTTP Only) web server :

FCST:10;1022;Overcast;20;11;Partly Cloudy;22;12;Partly Cloudy;22;12;Partly Cloudy;
