Based on the https://github.com/tektoncd/community/blob/master/teps/0003-tekton-catalog-organization.md#deprecation--removal-strategy, task or any other resources can be deprecated in the catalog

There will be annotation tekton.dev/deprecated: "true" for deprecated resource

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale with a justification.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close with a justification.
