Add support for Step display name

Feature request

A step in a task is currently represented in the UI using a field (name) that is meant to be machine readable, not human readable.
It will be helpful to add new fields to Step and StepAction for display names, like it was done in this TEP for pipeline and task.

@valAndre07 yes, that sounds like a good PR to get inspired from.
Because of how the mutating webhook works, it's best to add changes to both v1 and v1beta1. I would say work on the v1 changes and then it's usually just a matter of duplicating them (in the same PR) in the v1beta1 folder.
