[Enhancement] Add meta/requirements.yml to template

Thanks for this amazing tool. To improve our doc we started to add an meta/requirements.yml to our roles. As we sometimes use some collections specificly for that one role only and the dependencys:-directive is to powerful for just requirements-doc. [0]

It would be awesome if we could have them in our README.md. While scrolling through the issues i found the possiblity to change the template to include the file as it is, but i belive some would love to see it by default.
