[Enhancement] Create ProductType if it does not already exist

Description

It would be nice if the tool would create the ProductType if it does not already exist.

Then I could fully automate everything at the same place. You know, instead of calling the API or adding the ProductType manually before adding the services to Kubernetes and scanning with Trivy.
