[BUG] Double Borders in Grid

Bug Description

Some grid scenarios appear to have double borders. All of them should be identified and fixed.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://github.com/telerik/kendo-themes/blob/develop/tests/_output/meridian/grid/grid-row-span.png'
2. See the double borders

Expected Behavior

Grid borders should be single

Actual Behavior

Borders are double
