Is there any Get Started.md or other documentation that explains how to set up the Zephyr development environment for this project and how to build it?

I couldn’t find a step-by-step guide covering prerequisites, toolchain setup, and build commands specific to this repository. If such documentation exists, could you please point me to it? If not, would it be possible to add one?
