[Bug] can not launch temporalio when using multirole

What are you really trying to do?

launch temporalio using docker-compose
compose config file is "docker-compose-multirole.yaml"

Describe the bug

some container cannot access to the db

Minimal Reproduction

docker-compose -f docker-compose-multirole.yaml up

I'm seeing this too in the temporal-worker:

Shelling into the worker container:

docker compose -f docker-compose-multirole.yaml run -it temporal-worker bash

and looking at the config/docker.yaml, shows:
