In Firefox, the activity input/output scrollcar is tied to the parent's scrollbar #3078

Description

Describe the bug
tl;dr: I have a Loom

In Firefox, when you click on an activity to view the input/output, if there is a scrollbar to capture the overflow, moving that scrollbar also move's the Event History scroll bar.

This does not happen in Chrome.

The same behaviour happens in Temporal Cloud too

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Trigger an activity with plenty of data
  3. Select that activity in the UI
  4. Scroll down (either with scroll button, or dragging scroll bar)
  5. You'll see the Event History scroll bar moving as well

Expected behavior
The parent scroll bar remaining still. This happens in Chrome
