UI doesn't have dropdown for filtering paused schedules

Users can append ?query=TemporalSchedulePaused=true to the Schedules page URL and it works fine, since the query parameter is passed through to the API. However, this is not discoverable in the UI and requires knowledge of the internal search attribute name.
