Implement "Nearest Pixel" as the default Tooltip sorting method

To reduce clutter and improve focus within the tooltip, the default sorting criteria for displayed items can be set to "Nearest Pixel." This method will ensure that the run/item closest to the mouse cursor's current position is prioritized and displayed prominently at the top of the tooltip.
