Non Existent Buffer Index in Operator Input Leads to a Crash

If there is some non existent buffer index in input of operator table, this will result in a crash. I have attached the backtrace, model file to replicate the crash and decompiled json file.
This is related to memory corruption and arbitrary code execution. There shoud be checks before consuming this model file. Other SDKs are able to handle this and successfully report the error instead of crashing.
