Correlate ViT projections with Si results

Correlate the polaris HLM projections for vit with Wormhole-B0 results.

• Ensure the code being run for projections and Si runs is equivalent, preferably same
• Ensure the precisions for operations are identical
• Ensure the precisions for tensors are identical
• Ensure the shapes of tensors are identical
• Ensure the sequence of operators is mostly the same, with the differences understood
• Address important counters from Si results - (a) Meaning of "PM*" counters (b) Interpretation of different values of "core counts"
