[explorer] Display inputs and outputs in their respective nodes when opening a layer #6031

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
When viewing a layer on model-explorer, if the layer is closed, inputs and outputs correctly connect to the layer.
Once the layer is open, and it shows the nodes in that layer, the inputs and outputs keep connected to the layer itself instead of connecting to the nodes they are related.
Only when you click the node related to an input and output it does connect the node to it's inputs and outputs.
Describe the solution you'd like
When opening a layer, we would like that the arrows pointing to inputs and outputs would automatically move from the layer to the respective nodes for the inputs and outputs.
