Other jtag functions #1923
Description
Note that text is outdated, but function names can be used to deduce functionality:
Currently only jtag read32/write32/read32_axi/write32_axi are used in debuda.
Rewrite other functions in jtag-access-library so they can be used.
Basically, JTAG library is using only NOC read/write and AXI read/write. There were other functionality that should be explored. Understand if other functionality was using those functions or exposed new functionality.
