pinching problems/two finger dragging

when trying to zoom in with the touch screen, it zooms in the entire web page/ when dragging right with two fingers on Chrome, it tries to navigate back in history.

here, you can see me dragging from left to right, and zooming in with two fingers.
also, dragging with two fingers also produces the same outcome.
an example of this being implemented properly would be photopea.com. you can do the actions in the video, and it will not do any of the unintended actions
