Quick querying for change by subject without resolving triples

For the schema checker that is currently being developed in terminusdb, it'd be nice if we could quickly retrieve all the subjects for which triples were added or removed. The schema checker uses this information to infer what further checks it needs to run, so being able to do this quickly without actually retrieving the triples will speed up every schema check.
