What's the official termux app 🤔

Like everyone has recommended this github version or f droid, but how about play store one? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.termux what's this, who made it, is it safe? And please don't close my issue again it's in the general discussion!

Thanks, now i know, also is termux still mentained or its stopped at 0.119.0-beta.3 for good, (i hope not)?

The app itself is only a terminal emulator. The more important thing is maintaining the repo of packages, and it never stops.

Ph yeah obviously how dumb i am 🤦 the repo is where all the packages stay and get updated 😅 my apologies, also there's one question i asked on reddit but never get true answer.

Is containerisation possible? Like Docker or Podman?

Like when i ask about docker people keep saying you need root, some say you need root + custom karnel, some say karnelsu is enough, idk what or who to believe 😂 i just use udocker since it works but it doesn't have compose or high security 🤔 and the most important stuff it doesn't have -m flags or start stop, i have to like use the run + all the flags all the time wich makes it complex and a bit annoying 🤔.

So my question is this, what you really need to run podman at least?
