[Bug]: termux package update removed several installed python libraries

Problem description

Several python libraries such as requests and jupyter notebook were removed after performing a package update.
There were several messages about matplotlib, numpy, pandas, and scipy.
When trying to run scripts after the update, I was in informed requests was not installed and I couldn't run nor reinstall Jupyter notebook.

The update also prevented access to storage and I had to run termux-setup-storage again. Phone is a galaxy s25+. I have older phones and tablets that I can not trust updating now.

45 packages were updated. Did not expect updates to remove installed python libraries

just finished restoring a backup. these libraries existed before the update removed them.

Most of the packages in your list are not officially supported during Python updates in Termux and they were manually installed using pip install commands by you and must be reinstalled manually again, using pip install.

Some of the packages in your list, however, are officially supported during Python updates in Termux and they should not have been uninstalled if you had installed them correctly at the beginning:

pkg upgrade
pkg install tur-repo
pkg install x11-repo
pkg install python-llvmlite python-polars python-lxml python-pillow python-pycryptodomex python-pandas python-yt-dlp python-ruff python-psutil python-numpy python-scipy matplotlib

If after running that command, you are still missing Python packages, that means that the remaining packages had been installed manually by you using pip install and you must reinstall them again the same way.

I've been using termux for almost 2 years. yes, there are libraries that are manually installed. however previous updates did not remove them and I shouldn't have to worry that files are uncontrollably removed. jupyter notebook cannot get reinstalled. there are maturin errors i couldn't debug.
