Introduction

Terraform v1.11 added the following features related to TFLint.

• lang/funcs/transpose: Avoid crash due to map with null values hashicorp/terraform#36611

Write-only attributes do not require any support in TFLint as there are no syntactic changes.

Proposal

Update the embedded Terraform fork to v1.11.
