How to order shapes in a container using elk?

Is there a way to specify the order of shapes within a container using the elk engine? For me, with current v0.0.13 on macOS, this .d2 file:

outer: {
    inner1
    inner2
    inner3
}

produces vertically distributed shapes in the order:

• inner3
• inner1
• inner2

(dagre produces a horizontal layout in the given order.)
