Compile all components to native windows binary, like 1-click-run, possible?

The Windows docker desk problem:
1, Home PC the docker (VM) conflicts with modern anti-cheat and many things, 24*7 running is hard.
2, A cheap cloud win server....Docker desktop doesn't run on server OS at all.
3, Majority of tesla owners are non-linux people.

I see this:
1, Postgres (have windows version)
2, Elixir (burrito compile it for windows)
3, Mosquitto (have windows binary)
4, node.js (windows portable)
5, Grafana (I have no idea, seems it is a mixed golong and many things.)

With some startup scripts, do we have the chance to make the teslamate into a portable / 1-click-run program package for all the windows-only users all over the world?

Found a working solution! It is even better than the Docker Desktop / Windows binary.

Portable QEMU (set minimum hardware, without using hyper-v etc. and take host ports 3000 and 4000)
--> Create disk image inside the same folder
--> Install Debian minimum
--> Docker
--> Teslamate.

It runs on all Windows versions. No matter what BIOS or VT.
1-click runs.
It is portable, all files in one folder. It can be simply move/copy to any computer.
No conflict with other VMs / Dockers / Hyper-v / Kernel anti-cheats.
It has only 1 process consuming only 250MB ram and near 0% CPU.

I can't be happier!
I am considering sharing this "Portable Teslamate for Windows", but not yet sure if all the licenses allow me to.
