Maintenance record

Is there any place in Teslamate where one can record maintenance record? like viper replacement, tire rotation etc.
If not, is that a good idea have a section where one can record maintenance record just to keep all data in one place?

Not that I'm aware of. It's a relatively large feature but you could propose?

While interesting idea, seems out of scope for Teslamate I think.

Suggest creating a new database backed web application to do this. Maybe even create views for grafana if you want.

What could in scope is to support such an app to retrieve the mileage for the records. Might already be possible via mqtt, haven't checked.

And such an app could also have some sort of remainders to do the maintenance based on time and/or mileage.

I would do it, but I already have too many projects :-(

I am torn on if it's truly outside the scope. I think it'd play well together, heck having mentioned it back in 2019/2020 originally. But naturally, never built it then and not sure I am any more confident of building it now. But maybe a weekend project if I can swing it.

Can we just have one basic feature, maybe add a category and notes and date with some of the existing table. just need a basic maintenance record, without running another docker image for maintenance.
