Porffor?

I was trying to se if porffor passes a specific test262 test, and I noticed that it's not on test262.fyi. Any reason for that? :)

I disabled it in 7bbd02c because there's a bug where porffor processes would not terminate in a timely manner and eventually exhaust resources of the self-hosted runner.

No one has investigated it yet and unfortunately I don't think we can simply turn it on again before that.

Could we add it back with a babysitter that kills it if it takes longer than the current longest running test?
