What is the current behavior?

Test Lab Type details are missing in the Run Results Details window

What is the expected behavior?

Test Lab Type details should be displayed

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a test plan
2. Run the test
3. Check the Test Lab Type details are shown in the Run Results Details
