arm64 / RockPro64 - `SIGILL: illegal instruction`

Hi folks! We've seen a couple issues with people running GtS v0.18.1 on RockPro64, which is an arm64-based SBC: superseriousbusiness/gotosocial#3840. Other arm64 machines seem to be unaffected. Haven't confirmed yet that this is definitely a wasm issue but I think it might be, so just opening this in case anyone has any insights. GtS v0.18.1 is built with Go 1.23 and wasm v1.8.2.

I'm reasonably sure this is a duplicate of #2362.

Long story short, it's time to update Linux:

• all kernels since 4.11, released 8 years ago, don't have this issue;
• all kernels currently supported (even under super-long-term support), don't have this issue.

The system gotosocial fails to start on is running Linux 4.4.213-legacy-rockchip64 #1 SMP Sat Nov 23 13:45:29 UTC 2019 aarch64 which is newer than 4.11. Should it work on this kernel version?

How is Linux 4.4 newer than 4.11?
