New Release: Version 36.4 2022-02-01

I have uploaded version 36.4 2022-02-01 of the bidi package to CTAN. This release fixes some urgent issues:

• Incorrect margin display with xepersian and showframe in last update (2021)
• Incorrect result multicols in RTL context
• Package biditools Warning! in TL2021
• bidi needs to be adapted to the next latex version
• Shifted frame with showframe package
