texei skinnyprofile retrieve doesn't display any warning in case of timeout #150
Description
When running sf texei skinnyprofile retrieve, output in case of timeout will be the same as if the command succeeded: Retrieving Profiles... done. There should be a warning to know that the command didn't actually succeeded.
