Today I went back to recompile my graphics documents and pstricks failed, in particular the pst-3dplot package commands. What must be done to enable pstricks for TexStudio v4.8.8? In the past I had these working and didn't give it a thought. Now today I cannot make even a pdf file and the dvi file results are partially corrupted too, under straight LaTeX. |

DuckDuckGo AI assist gave me incorrect answers for solving this problem. The solution was to change the settings for "Build and View" from compile and view to a chain of dvi-ps-pdf under the meta data for build (3rd tab down) under Configure TexStudio option settings. Things worked well after that. |

It sounds like you used pstricks together with texstudio in the past. I don't understand how the setup of the build should have changed meanwhile. |
