Improve extension installation

Python 3.5+ is required in order to successfully install the extension and a textX language server. If this is not the case, extension fails to install LS with no error messages.

• better error messages
• input-box to enter a python path (if not exist)
• support setting up an external virtual environment with LS (multi-root workspace)
