"Bind enter to table navigation" not working

Describe the bug
I have turned off "Bind enter to table navigation" however upon pressing enter on mobile and desktop, it keeps going to the next cell.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn off "Bind enter to table navigation"
2. Restart Obsidian
3. Go to a table and press enter in a cell

Expected behavior
Create new line
