Ability to concatonate text to a formula

I recently wrote a formula which results in a % and I could kinda wished we could just add a % symbol at the end of the cell's content using the formula. While you could implement something that make the value a %, I figured it'd make more sense to add a broad "add any suffix/prefix to the formula's result" thing.
