Row freezing option? #368

I LOVE this plug-in -- and can't believe it's not a core one inside Obsidian. (Another omission...)
I've looked high and low, but it seems there's no way to freeze the first row(s) or first column(s).
I need tables for keeping track of things, not for advanced data-wrangling or formulas.
One of the most important features in this use case is to have the first row / column frozen, so no matter where in the table you navigate, you always know the name of the column / row.
