Do not jump to end of table after inserting or moving a row or column #372

Describe the bug
Not sure to call this a bug, but I can't see this to be a feature ;-)

After adding or moving a row or column,
the visible part of the table moves to the end of the table and the cursor is gone.
Especially if there is a long table, after adding a row you allways have to scroll up and search the row, which was added.

To Reproduce
Add or move a row or column

Expected behavior
The table shoud not move.
In case of movint the cursor should stay in the cell.
In case of adding a row the cursor should be in the same column, but new row
In case of adding a coulumn the cursor should be in the same row, but new column.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Win 11
  • Obsidian Version: V1.9.14
  • Advanced Tables Version: V0.22.1
