Repo management doesnt work if you dont have access credentials.

This component needs to always appear regardless of if the TM list loads

If you access an instance with a private repository and you dont have a PAT set, this will never appear, and you cant force update the repo, whereas you can do that on the desktop app.

This will just load forever
