ServiceMonitor seems to go through create delete cycle #250
Description
There appears to be an issue with ServiceMonitors being constantly created and deleted for certain components. This is causing endless reconciliation loops and the cause needs to be investigated.
For now a workaround of disabling the feature flag entirely on the operator seems to work.
