Create a Helm Chart for Thanos Operator

Currently, there is no official Helm chart available for deploying and managing the Thanos Operator. Having an official chart would make installation, upgrades, and configuration much easier for Kubernetes users who already rely on Helm for managing their workloads.

Why this is needed:

• Simplifies deployment of Thanos Operator in Kubernetes clusters.
• Provides standardized configuration and values via values.yaml.
• Aligns with Helm best practices for managing operators and CRDs.
• Helps teams adopt Thanos Operator more easily in production environments.
