23. Create purchase urgency badges

Summary

Create color coded urgency badges that assist the user in understanding how soon they need to buy an item. The badges will be displayed on the List page.

Acceptance criteria

• The List component renders color coded badges that displays the purchase urgency for an item
• The background color and text color are accessible

Notes

The badges may push other items like the delete button off the page slightly. You will be temped to fix this, but this will be handled in the issue related to styling the whole List page.
