Allow user to search for a location

AC:

• Need to find a place for a search icon 🔍
• Tapping on the 🔍 would bring up a text field with focus and a “Search” button next to it
• Typing a place name or address should autocomplete
• Hitting enter/return or tapping “Search” should center the map on the best match location
• If no location is found, alert the user
• User should be able to cancel out of the search to return to the default app state

Consider splitting the UI implementation from hooking it up to autocomplete
