Make bundle type for COVID Cards?

Currently COVID SHCs show up in the viewer as "Immunization History" ... which is fine, but it might be nice to call them out as their own thing. This feature would create a new type for that to update the label, but leave the actual rendering equivalent.

The definition would kick in if it was an immunization record as currently-defined but all immunizations came from the value set here: https://terminology.smarthealth.cards/ValueSet-immunization-covid-all.html ... would want to dynamically load this, which might mean having to implement VS in codes.js too ... haven't totally driven this one to ground yet.
