make camera popup work in Epic?

This may not still be an issues; not sure. Back in the day Epic SMART apps were hosted in an IE control that restricted use of popups. The was some custom script we received from them to make it work; not sure how that will work with the current camera popup. Then again it's possible that the camera won't be restricted in the control? Not sure but will have to track this down.
