Simplify the subreddit's toolbar

Preferably avoid using dropdown menus and link to wiki resources instead to avoid having people feel excluded.

Having looked at the toolbar I support the idea of cutting down and simplifying things, but I don't know if we can avoid using dropdown menus entirely.

There are so many things represented there.

Well I am not personally a fan of the dropdowns and even though I think a full icon based topbar is possible, a mixed icon and text based one should be good also.

Also, one thing behind cutting down the dropdowns is to promote the wiki pages more.
