Pagination (with recursion maybe) needs to be implemented, because already too many rows in result ends up with truncating data.

Wouldn't a better approach be to pre-process this data server-side before returning the response? This way we would be able to save many tokens.
This limitation applies to all data types with high sampling frequency. In my 6-year dataset, I had the highest number of records for:

• active energy (active energy burned): 1.9 million records
• basal metabolism (basal energy burned): 696k records
• heart rate: 607k records

Perhaps for individual types with high sampling frequency, there should be dedicated tools that perform this pre-processing through temporal aggregation, downsampling, or data segmentation.
