Default ICCING example initial conditions no longer run to completion in default main branch

Example ICCING initial conditions (initial_conditions/ICCING_example.dat, together with input/Input_Parameters_example.inp) used to run successfully from the main branch and now does not (it crashes partway through). The example should run all the way through without crashing like it used to.
