[UI] Maintain uniform button styling in the site #38
Description
Can we keep uniform styles to the "Learn more button"
Learn more button at the top has no hover styles and it follows Red Hat coloring style. And same is the case for "About T3 con button".
But Learn more button at "About Event" section have hover styles and it uses a different color styling.
