The CoC contains a lot of detail about policy, rules, processes.
This could be quite intimidating or confusing for community members, particularly for questions like "When should I raise a potential CoC violation".
At the worst, it might put people off of raising concerns.
It would be good to have a more user-documentation or tutorial-style how to guide for engaging with the CoC process. For example "When should you raise a CoC report: Whenever you are made to feel uncomfortable or you believe someone else has been made to feel uncomfortable".
We can likely draw on existing resources.
