cdn.jsdelivr.net，经常性访问失败。但这个更新源是支持多个子域名的，例如我这边访问
fastly的子域名就非常快（fastly.jsdelivr.net）以及还有以下多个子域名，希望能在设置中支持切换
(cdn|test1|testingcf|fastly|gcore).jsdelivr.net
