Bonjour,

J'ai régulierement des états ko de mon alarme. J'avais mis un raffraishissement de 15 secondes. Je suis passé à 30, mais les erreurs continuent.

Voici les logs du Journal.
Entre temps, le probleme se corrige

Je n'ai jamais rencontré ce code d'erreur 0x0811
J'ai livré une version 1.2.4 qui log la page d'erreur lorsqu'on rencontre une erreur inconnue.
Partage moi les traces quand le problème se reproduira.

Apres avoir mis une notification à chaque fois que cette erreur survient, j'ai capturé l'erreur.

Comme ca arrive 1 à 2 fois par jour avec un raffraishissement toutes les 30 secondes, j'ai ajouté une automatisation pour recharger l'intégration.

Est-ce qu’il est toujours question de cette erreur 0x0811 ?
je serai intéressé de voir les traces lorsque cela se produit.

Ton problème semble être le même que celui remonté dans ce ticket #67

Tu peux installer la 1.2.5-rc1 pour voir si le comportement est plus stable.

@romain3395 la version 1.2.5-rc2 devrait régler tes problèmes de Timeout.
Je suis toujours preneur des infos détaillées sur l'erreur 0x0811

Merci pour ces dernières logs mais je vais avoir besoin de plus d'info.
Est-ce que tu peux activer le debug sur l'integration? Ca me permettre de voir ce qui se passe avant qu'on arrive à cette erreur mystérieuse.
Soit tu set le niveau de logs dans le fichier configuration.yaml:

Soit via la UI

Laisse les logs activées jusqu'à ce que le problème se reproduise et ensuite partage le fichier de log complet.
