Move project to django-commons or Jazzband

Hello folks,

It looks like there's not much active development going on in this project in here.
If there's enough people still using it, we can move it to either https://jazzband.co/ or https://github.com/django-commons to allow the community to maintain the packages and push updates.

This is just a suggestion though - what do you guys think?
