Superlearner errors/warnings

Received several errors and warnings using superlearner, but code ran perfectly otherwise.

Thanks Daniel. The warnings were from SL.svm and SL.ridge in the propensity model, but were fine. I modified the code to prevent this confusion. But it looked like we had slightly different results, which shouldn't happen with the seed. Can you try the updated code if you have a chance?
